IPS Birmingham field service technicians completed an on-site rewind of an EM 10,000 HP / 4,160 V / 300 RPM synchronous motor on a pulp grinder. The job was complete 5 days ahead of schedule which allowed the mill to recoup the entire repair costs with up-time.
