CNC Manufacturing Facility
IPS Electro-Mec opened its CNC machine shop in 1993 to support the company’s motor repair business. Beginning with bearing housing sleeves, the shop steadily expanded the range of its output, adding shafts and other CNC parts, including brushes, brush holders, cable clamps, insulators, slip rings and stainless screws.
Today, IPS Electro-Mec manufactures over 70,000 high-volume CNC parts for customers and IPS regional service centers coast to coast. This allows IPS to maintain control over quality and delivery, while offering competitive pricing on both short and long production runs. IPS maintains ongoing investments in new CNC technologies and IPS Electro-Mec machinists have extensive experience with reverse engineering when drawings aren’t available.
