IPS maintains a strong corporate commitment to a safe work environment, with a dedicated Health Safety and Environmental Manager overseeing one safety standard for all IPS regional service centers. Our policy is to exceed all federal and state safety regulations — our Experience Modification Ratio (EMR) is well below the industry average. We also have a dedicated Wind Power Field Services Manager to oversee all up-tower safety training, which includes:
