The IPS Philadelphia Service Center offers single-source electric motor repair services and plant maintenance for the region’s continuous process industries, including metals, power generation, petrochem, chemicals, Navy/Marine and agg & cement. We provide AC & DC motor and generator repair, motor and generator testing, and repair and rebuilding of mechanical components, such as gear reducers, pumps, fans, blowers and heat exchangers. IPS Philadelphia also offers servo motor and electronic board repair and has a dedicated storage warehouse (with 50-ton lifting capacity) for critical spare motors. We offer extensive field services and diagnostics, including Motor Circuit Evaluations and Level Five Vibration and Modal Analysis. IPS Philadelphia provides electric motor repair and maintenance services throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.

The field service crews at IPS Philadelphia removed a 6,000 HP, 4160 V wind tunnel motor and sent it to IPS Monarch to be rewound. Once the rewind was complete, the seasoned crew was on-site to install the motor.
