For over 25 years, IPS engineers have designed, improved and validated our “Global VPI” and “B-Stage hard coil” stator rewind technologies thru in-house and 3rd party design qualification testing. Both have been applied to 20,000+ medium-and high-voltage motors and generators throughout North America and beyond, in some of the toughest industrial applications without fail.
We can help you choose the appropriate IPS rewind technology to help mitigate electrical, thermal, mechanical and environmental stress on your stator windings. Our engineers can also customize your winding designs to increase motor efficiency or uprate for increased horsepower.

PowerLok is a price-competitive, “industry standard” medium-voltage rewind, designed for general duty environments that meets IEEE, NEMA & EASA standards. PowerLok offers a 1 year winding warranty.
PowerSeal™ — Premium VPI
rewind from 1 to 7.2 kV
PowerSeal is a reliability driven, medium-voltage electrical insulation system designed for harsh & severe duty environments that exceeds IEEE, NEMA & EASA standards. PowerSeal offers an industry leading 5-year winding warranty.
MegaSeal™ — Premium VPI
rewind from 6.6 to 15 kV
MegaSeal is a reliability driven high-voltage electrical insulation system designed for harsh & severe duty environments that exceeds IEEE, NEMA & EASA standards. MegaSeal offers an industry leading 5-year winding warranty.
IntegraCoil™— Standard B-stage hard coils from 6.6 to 15 kV
IntegraCoil B-stage “resin rich” hard coil rewinds offer a proven solution for on-site stator rewinds (e.g. turbine generators, hydro generators…) or stators measuring over 14 feet in diameter and too large to fit into a VPI tank.
HydroCoil™ — Premium B-stage hard coils for hydro generators
We developed HydroCoil for hydro generator rewinds up to 15 kV and 50 MW. Improved dielectric performance and thermal dissipation means that IPS hydro generator rewinds can typically offer an increase in generator rating, for higher power output, with increased efficiency and reliability.
