IPS single-source capabilities including in-house manufacturing of CNC precision parts for resale and as a supplier for IPS repair services coast to coast. IPS Indiana-PA maintains a dedicated high-volume CNC parts operation, shipping over 70,000 manufactured parts a year. When you buy your CNC parts from us, IPS maintains complete control over quality and delivery. And unlike other CNC shops, we know motor repair.

We turn rush jobs on CNC parts, including short and long production runs, with OEM quality or better. Our veteran machinists provide reverse engineering when drawings aren’t available, using state-of-the-art digital measurement equipment and bore gages, plus hardness testing.

We have the CNC technology and machining experience to maintain inventories on shafts, bearing sleeves and motor parts. We also make and stock brush holders, field coils, interpoles, fans and fan covers. If you need CNC parts, call us. If we have it, we’ll ship it out immediately. If not, we’ll make it. IPS Electro-Mec maintains ongoing investments in new technology, like our Mazak QT450MY Nexus Lathe that does shafts up to 80 inches.
