Caitlyn Allen

Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Supervisor

Caitlyn joined IPS Human Resources in 2017 as a talent acquisition specialist, becoming an HR supervisor in 2020. Her previous experience includes working with a staffing and recruiting company that specialized in executive search and industrial employment.

Today, Caitlyn supports our North, West and Wind regions, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. She enjoys interacting with future IPS employees and learning from others in the industry.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

Caitlyn has a BA in Communications from Montreat College and an MBA in Educational Leadership and Coaching from Carson-Newman University.

She has extensive experience in mechanical and industrial engineering, and is skilled in event management and team building.

CURRENT WORK PROJECTS & ACTIVITY STREAMS

In addition to her regional activities, Caitlyn currently works on IPS veterans’ outreach in recruiting. This includes developing marketing initiatives for former military personnel, engaging with them to explore the rewards of careers with IPS.

Emily Goode

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Emily has worked as an HR professional since 2018. She began her career in the field as an HR recruiting coordinator with a Maryland-based non-profit, working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She was promoted to talent acquisition specialist in 2019 and joined IPS in 2020 as a recruiter.

Today, Emily supports our Southern region and Canadian operations, focusing on recruitment to support the company’s strategic objectives. She enjoys being part of a collaborative HR team and working with IPS team managers and members.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University and a master’s degree in MS-Management-Human Resources from the University of Maryland University College.

She is experienced in recruiting and skilled in onboarding and employee relations.

CURRENT WORK PROJECTS & ACTIVITY STREAMS

In addition to her regional activities, Emily is part of an IPS field service initiative aimed at recruiting more qualified field service technicians.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys workout classes, running, reading and spending time outdoors.
