President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
John leads the way we respond, rethink, and resolve. His management experience includes serving as general manager of Honeywell Safety Products and as president of a packaging manufacturing company.
He works closely with the leaders of our electromechanical, rotating equipment, and power distributions on strategy, planning, and operations. John also leads the expansion of the IPS North American network and our service coverage, as we move into new regions and markets.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Jason leads all finance, IT, and procurement for the company. He works closely with senior management, regional management, and Area General Managers on operations and profitability.
As a member of IPS senior management, Jason participates in all corporate strategic and operational planning, and works on diligence for new acquisitions.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & Continuous Improvement
Mark is an expert in organizational design, employee relations, talent management and development, personal and business operating systems, and continuous improvement.
His portfolio of responsibilities includes HR, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition and development, as well as EHS, quality, and continuous improvement.
Subject Matter Expert – Rotating Equipment
Ron is responsible for building the IPS rotating equipment division and strengthening our single-source capabilities. His career has focused on rotating equipment and pump design, sales, and distribution.
He develops talent and fosters collaboration, execution, and accountability across our network.
Senior Vice President – Engineering
Tom directs the IPS Engineering Council, leading all electric motor & generator and nuclear power services. He works closely with senior management on CIPS and our quality assurance architecture.
He is an SME in electric motor & generator repair, RCFA, predictive & preventive maintenance, global VPI and B-stage coil design, HSE, ISO 9001, and 10 CFR Appendix B, with a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Senior Vice President – Engineering & Technical Innovation
Scott leads all IPS engineers and technicians. He oversees solution development for power management, electromechanical equipment, and rotating equipment, while guiding our entry into digital and automation solutions. Scott’s experience includes electric motors and drives, power conversion hardware, energy storage solutions, and system-level electrification solutions. He has also worked in product design, prototyping, and manufacturing, IIoT solutions and digital control systems.
Scott has four degrees, including an MBA from Walsh University and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Cleveland State University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds his Project Management Professional accreditation.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
An industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience, Jon is responsible for the commercial strategy and the development of the sales organization, including national accounts.
John emphasizes continuous improvement, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction at IPS as key drivers of our organic growth.
Vice President – Marketing
Casey oversees all IPS marketing, developing the communications strategy for our expanding portfolio of markets and services. He ensures that our marketing vision aligns with our business plans, tactics, internal communications, and deliverables.
He also supports the integration of the IPS power management business with our expanding North American network of single-source capabilities.
Senior Vice President – Power Management
Shannon leads our Power Management Division, a business that complements IPS electromechanical and rotating equipment services. Shannon manages the integration of IPS power management acquisitions while overseeing the development of full power management solutions. These include NETA and Non-NETA field services, surplus and new electrical equipment distribution, remanufacturing, and engineering.
Shannon is an SME in multiple areas, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management, process control, and change management.
Vice President – Supply Chain
Mike directs all IPS inventory activities, including purchasing, budgeting, demand planning, and our in-house remanufacturing processes. He also works on optimizing timing and transportation costs for customers.
He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Lean Sensei, an expert in Lean manufacturing, and a charter member of the group that developed and launched CIPS.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Scott oversees all company IT functions, coordinating, and managing procurement and materials activities across the IPS network in North America and the United Kingdom.
He is an expert in purchasing, sales, account management, and logistics.
Vice President – General Counsel & Business Development
Lynleigh oversees production of all IPS policies and procedures, regulations, and contracts. As our business development leader, she directs the acquisitions that are a key part of the IPS growth strategy.
She is an expert in legal research and due diligence, and acquiring companies that have well-defined offerings and strong financials.
Vice President – Regional General Manager, Northeast & Midwest
Ryan oversees all strategic and operational activities for the Northeast and Midwest regions. This includes account management, business development, technical services, and training.
He is a subject matter expert in process improvement, cross-functional team leadership, management, Six Sigma, and strategic planning.
Executive Vice President – Regional General Manager, Gulf, Southeast, Cleveland, Hydro & Nuclear
Stuart oversees our Gulf and Southeast regions and the Cleveland service center, as well as our hydro and nuclear services.
He is a subject matter expert in large electric motors and generators, engineered applications, process engineering, project management, and continuous process improvement.
Executive Vice President – Regional General Manager, Florida & Caribbean
Greg oversees all Florida and Caribbean operations, including key account management, business development, technical services, planning, operations, training, and post-merger integration with IPS programs, policies & procedures.
He is a licensed Business Energy Professional, certified in Energy Procurement, and a Sustainable Development Professional.
Senior Vice President – Regional General Manager, Central & Renewables
Jason directs the Central region and the company’s fast-growing renewable services business. This includes key account management, business development, technical services, planning, operations, training, and post-merger integration of new acquisitions.
He is a subject matter expert in wind turbine generator service and repair, quality management, Lean manufacturing, process engineering, and commissioning.
Senior Vice President – Business Development, Marketing & Distribution
Brian manages Project ReTarget, which aims to boost sales by finding and introducing potential new customers to IPS. He closely collaborates with the sales team to enhance IPS’s sales processes, set up a centralized business development center, and integrate the IPS website with the online store.
He is a subject matter expert in manufacturing, product development, strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, and process improvement.
Senior Vice President and General Manager – West Region
Al leads the IPS West region. Before that, he spent seven years working as the Area General Manager for the IPS Cleveland service center. His career experience also includes eighteen years with Joy (Komatsu) and nine years with as a motor and generator engineer with General Electric’s Apparatus Services business.
He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University. Al is a subject matter expert in electrical engineering, motors, and business analysis.
Vice President – Regional General Manager, Gulf & Meridian
Matt is based in Houston and manages the IPS Gulf Coast locations, including our Houston, Beaumont, and Corpus Christi service centers in Texas and our Meridian, Mississippi service center. He leads operations, business development, and key account relationships with customers in air separation, oil, gas, and petrochemicals.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana State University. Matt is a Professional Engineer, licensed and certified in both Louisiana and Texas.
Director – Strategy & Project Management
Jack drives execution across the company’s value creation plan both organically and through acquisitions.
Jack manages key internal initiatives to support IPS’s value creation plan while supporting diligence and integration M&A activities. Before joining IPS, he worked with one of our strategic advisors, providing strategic planning structure and building an integration playbook for IPS’s continuing acquisitions strategy.
Jack is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology, with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a subject matter expert in profitable growth strategy, operational improvement, restructuring and turnaround, and mergers and acquisitions.
Vice President – Regional General Manager, Electromechanical, Canada, Mountain Region, Houghton (UK)
Brad is the Regional General Manager for IPS electromechanical operations in the US Mountain region, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, he leads our electromechanical locations in Butte and Billings, Montana (US), Denver, Colorado (US), Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon (US), and Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK).
His professional experience includes executive positions in oil & gas services, manufacturing, and product and equipment distribution in Canada. He also worked for a leading rotating equipment and services provider for natural gas processing. Brad started his career as a journeyman mechanic before moving into supervisory and managerial roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Athabasca University.
