Technical field services for pumps

IPS field service technicians perform complete inspections, testing, service, and repair for pumps and secondary equipment. They provide early-stage identification of failure modes using flow testing and vibration analysis.

Our technicians work closely with IPS engineers, who see all inspection results, test data, and repairs. They combine to help maintenance departments move from reactive service to a predictive and preventive approach.

Our engineering services for pumps

IPS engineers and technicians provide expert design and reverse engineering for obsolete pumps no longer supported by the OEM. We custom-engineer and remanufacture to OEM spec or better.

Our experience with engineering for the application means we can eliminate typical problems, such as vibration or overheating and excess oil consumption.

New and reconditioned pumps

IPS offers options when it makes more sense to replace than repair. We have well-established relationships with OEMs and local distributors for sourcing the right pumps.

We bundle pumps sales with installation and commissioning. IPS maintains inventories of parts across our North American network to minimize unplanned downtime or service equipment during planned outages.
