Jason Ligas

Area Field Service Manager

Service Center/Region: Northeast

Jason entered the electric motor industry eight years ago with Integrated Power Services. Prior to that he worked in various finance and operations roles with Penn Machine Company and Polymer Enterprises. Jason came to IPS in 2013 as the Northeast Regional Controller with responsibility for three service centers. The region expanded to include two more service centers before being combined with the Midwest Region. In the newly created North Region Jason retained the controllership of the Indiana, PA and Washington, PA service centers and became the Operations Manager with responsibility for the Purchasing, CNC, Contract Manufacturing, and Field Service departments of the Indiana and Washington service centers. Jason was recently promoted to the Area Field Service Manager role with full responsibility for the Field Service teams from Indiana, Washington, Philadelphia, and Clifton.

Knowledge & Expertise:

Jason has held various roles in manufacturing and industrial service companies throughout his career. Training and experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, as well as Quality Management have provided a solid skillset to work with the evolution of the CIPS program at IPS. Jason is currently spending time in the field learning through experience and developing customer relationships.

Current Work Projects & Activity Streams:

Jason is responsible to grow the Field Service team, better integrate the region and work to provide more services to ensure Unmatched Customer Experience (UCE).

Jason enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
