Field Service Manager

Service Center/Region: Midwest

Steven started his career in 1983 working on industrial and traction electric motors for GE. Steven transitioned into a field service role in 1986. Steven joined Monarch Electric in 1991, during his time there he did work on the shop floor and in field service. When IPS purchased Monarch Electric in 2015, Steven was promoted to the Regional Field Service Manager for the Midwest Region.

Knowledge & Expertise:

Steven has over 38 years of experience in repair electric motors and in field services. He contains knowledge in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electric motors/generators, diesel generators, and electrical control systems.

Current Work Projects & Activity Streams:

Steven is responsible for developing field service technicians and growing the field service team. Steven travels to customer sites with account managers to sell large projects for the field service team.

Steven enjoys spending time with his wife of 37 years and his three kids and two grandchildren and a third on the way. He enjoys going on long rides on his Harley
