Leading industrial service provider will support German OEM’s growing presence in U.S. markets
(Greenville, SC — May 7, 2018) — Integrated Power Services (IPS), the North American leader in the service, repair and distribution of electric motors, generators and mechanical power transmission components, has signed an authorized service company agreement with VEM Motors.
VEM is a German provider of electric drive solutions for vertical markets around the world, manufacturing low- and medium-voltage motors and generators. The company manufactures roller table motors for rolling mills for steel and metals customers, and 1.5 MW, 2.5 MW and 5.4 MW wind turbine generators for renewable energy customers.
