Greenville, SC (October 7, 2021) – IPS, a North American leader in the service and repair of electric motors, generators and rotating equipment, has named Lynleigh Richwine as Vice-President – General Counsel and Business Development. Lynleigh will report directly to John Zuleger, IPS President & CEO.
She joins IPS from BrandSafway, where she was Assistant General Counsel. Lynleigh led BrandSafway legal support for its mergers & acquisitions, driving strategic growth through the acquisition of target companies and asset dispositions. She also managed external legal counsel and supported integrations.
Her career experience includes serving as Senior Counsel to the Global Legal Team at Dematic Group, a global engineering company. At Dematic, Lynleigh performed legal advisory for the company in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and joint ventures. She also worked as an associate in the corporate practice at Eversheds Sutherland, advising a variety of corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients in the mergers and acquisition legal process.
In her new role at IPS, Lynleigh will provide legal advice on all contractual and transactional legal matters and will oversee merger and acquisition activity.

Lynleigh earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, and her Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
