Dianna’s career in the motor industry started in 2015 at the Litchfield Service Center. She joined IPS as an Inside Sales Associate, working primarily in industrial motors and parts. She advanced to Inside Sales Coordinator in 2016, working with new account set up, new vendor setup, and invoicing.
Dianna is responsible for tax code maintenance, adding ship-to and updating accounts. She started working with NextEra to create storage agreements and provide reports of their open orders and storage logs.
Today, Dianna’s primary focus is the IPS Portland Service Center. She provides quotes, orders products, and processes invoicing for distribution orders. She also collaborates with Tony DeFazio to open new accounts, add ship-to, and tax code maintenance.
Early in 2020, IPS had the opportunity to become the point of contact for Cummins/Stamford Generator Sales and Parts distribution. This operation now supports the other IPS locations and businesses around the country.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
In her time with IPS, Dianna has worked diligently to learn products and practices, and develop a well-rounded skill set.
Dianna knows wind industry parts and lubricants, ACS navigation for invoicing, credit/rebill, POs, and tax code maintenance. She also knows Cummins/Stamford: Parts and Generator/Alternator identification and sales, and various motor specifications.
CURRENT WORK PROJECTS & ACTIVITY STREAMS
Dianna currently maintains and develops relationships with OEMs and vendors, customers, her outside sales team and shop personnel. She continues to provide unmatched customer service, using our continuous improvement process solutions to grow the Cummins/Stamford business.
Outside of the office, Dianna enjoys spending time with her husband. She also facilitates a small mental health group, in a program called Celebrate Recovery, at her church.
She loves baking and cooking for others and makes her team their favorite cake on their birthdays. Dianna also enjoys serving in various capacities in her church. She completed a mission trip to Nicaragua in 2018, which was her first time out of the country, and thought it was a great experience.
