Karen has worked in customer service for 35 years, which includes 20 years of motor repair experience. She started at a small motor repair shop, learning purchasing for small repair parts, repair jobs reports and learned the basics of motor information.
In 2005, her company promoted Karen to customer service for large motor repair. Another promotion came in 2012, when she became Inside Sales Team Leader. This position was an ideal fit for her skill at helping customers solve technology problems.
Karen joined the IPS team in July of 2019, as part of the Distribution Inside Sales Team. She is excited about working with IPS and understanding the needs of her new customers.

Karen knows how to solve customer problems and manage communication between customers and IPS.
CURRENT WORK PROJECTS & ACTIVITY STREAMS
Karen currently handles inside sales for the IPS Rock Hill, Birmingham and Dothan locations.
When Karen is not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, and traveling to the beach.
