Reporting an Accident

If you are involved in a vehicle incident, your priorities are to:

1. Ensure all parties are not injured.
2. Notify the authorities.
3. Do not discuss fault with the other driver(s) or authorities.
4. As soon as possible, notify your supervisor and report the accident to ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT by using the Enterprise App or by calling 800-325-8838 & choosing Option 2.

Reporting an Accident

If you are involved in a vehicle incident, your priority is ensuring all parties are not injured and notifying the authorities. As soon as possible, notify your supervisor.

To report a claim for vehicles registered in Manitoba:

Contact Manitoba Public Insurance (MPA) at 204-985-7000 and complete the accident report form located in the IPS vehicle.

To report a claim for vehicles registered in Saskatchewan:

Go to https://www/sgi.sk.ca/claims.  Please inform the operator that there is a secondary automobile/extension policy for excess coverage via MPI under policy AMI-000413792.

Reporte de un Accidente

Si estás involucrado en un incidente vehicular, tus prioridades son:

1. Asegurarte de que ninguna de las partes esté herida.
   Notificar a las autoridades.
   No discutir sobre la culpa con el(los) otro(s) conductor(es) o las autoridades.
   Tan pronto como sea posible, notifica a tu supervisor y reporta el accidente a Maybeth Cruz 1-800-328-0244.
   Necesitarás el número de identificación de tu vehículo (VIN), el número de póliza de IPS # 1000198911241 y el número de la compañía # 38318.
